Origin: Plantar surfaces of cuboid and lateral cuneiform

Insertion: Medial and lateral surfaces of the base of proximal phalanx

Innervation: Medial plantar nerve (tibial) (L4, L5, S1)

Blood Supply: Medial plantar artery
