Prior to services clarify with all clients the nature and purpose of the service and the lmits to confidentiality and obatin informed consent from the direct recipient of the service THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMED CONSENT FROM THE DIRECT RECIPIENT
Whose consent do you need before disclosing information to toher cleints or associated parties
The client to whom the information refers
WHat do you do if your report is not appropriate for all parties
Write individual reports for each party but at the same times stick to key findings and or recommendations
When should you refrain from multiple relationships
when it might impair competence, effectiveness, objectivity or ability to render a psychological service . When it might harm clients or other parties. WHen it might lead to exploitation of clients
