hyperextension of the knees, redistributing the weight

planus or flat foot

cavus or high arch foot
AKA eversion

what is cavus foot?
high foot arch
what is the importance of flexibility and strength to injury prevention?
we need to have a balance of strength and flexibility to maintain good posture

what is stability?
the ability to resist an undesired movement
