What are Restrictive Clauses?

A

Terms that prevent employees from partaking in certain activities. A common example is a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which forbids a worker from sharing proprietary information with anyone outside the organization.

Non-compete and non-solicitation agreements are other examples.

A

A contract covers the conditions under which an employee can resign or an employer can terminate employment. It also includes information about applicable severance payments.
