A

Partially double stranded circular DNA enters nucleus. Host polymerase makes RNA intermediate from DNA. Then the virus uses its viral reverse transciptase to make DNA from RNA intermediate.

A

The only ssDNA virus, the Parvovirus B19 is the only that infects humans. Causes transient aplastic crisis in sickle cell patients, Erythema infectiosum (fifth disease) in children (slapped cheeked rash), Hydrops fetalis and miscarriage in utero.
