A

repeated movements

use are looking for the pain to completely disappear or for there to be a reduction in it

A
  • Flexion in standing, look and ROM at then repeat
  • Extension in standing, look at ROM and then repeat
  • Flexion in supine: hugging knees
  • Extension in supine: push back with hands, like a half press up
  • At least 10 reps, in sets of 5
