What does it do?
A
repeated movements
centralises pain so that it comes back to the centre
use are looking for the pain to completely disappear or for there to be a reduction in it

assessment
A
- Flexion in standing, look and ROM at then repeat
- Extension in standing, look at ROM and then repeat
- Flexion in supine: hugging knees
- Extension in supine: push back with hands, like a half press up
- At least 10 reps, in sets of 5
