What would you do for pain?

A

Grade 1 and 2 with 30 reps. Goes through range but doesn’t hit resistance

What would you do for stiffness?

A

Grade 3 and 4. Sustained. Towards end of range but not in resistriction, to maintain ROM. Grade 4 begins at limitation and increases ROM.

A

looking for a reproduction of symptoms and looking for pain or stiffness in the joint. Stiffness will be like a bruise
