Axillary
C5, C6; deltoid, teres minor; skin around shoulder
Radial
C5-T1; all posterior muscles of arm and forearm; skin of posterior arm, forearm, hand
Musculocutaneous
C5-C7; middle of coracobrachialis, between biceps brachii and brachialis; enters forearm - lateral cutaneous nerve, innervates skin of lateral forearm
Ulnar
C8, T1; all muscles of hand except 1/2 LOAF, flexor carpi ulnaris, 1/2 flexor digitorum profundus
Median
C6-T1; all muscles of anterior compartment of forearm, 1/2 lumbricals (lateral 2), opponens pollicis, abductor pollicis brevis, flexor pollicis brevis (LOAF); skin of lateral aspect of hand
Subclavian artery
Becomes thyrocervical trunk –> suprascapular artery –> supraspinatus & infraspinatus (rotator cuff muscles); army (artery) goes over bridge, navy (nerve) goes under bridge –> dorsal scapular artery (levator scapulae, rhomboids, trapezius)
