  1. 1st intercostal space, 6 cun lateral to midline (1 cun inferior to LU2) - LU Alarm Point (Mu)
  2. 6 cun lateral to midline in delto pectoral triangle (1 cun above LU1)
  3. 3 cun inferior to axillary fold, lateral border of biceps
  4. 1 cun lower than LU3 (4 cun inferior to axillary fold)
  5. cubital crease on radial side of biceps tendon - He Sea Water - cough + shoulder pain
  6. flexor aspect of forearm b/t LU5 & LU9 (7 cun proximal to LU9 + 5 cun distal to LU5) - Xi Cleft - cough + bleeding

NEEDLING: transverse oblique towards shoulder .5-1 cun, caution pneumothorax

ACTIONS & INDICATIONS:

LOCATION: on thenar eminance of hand, at midpoint of the shaft of 1st metacarpal and the thenar muscles

NEEDLING: perpendicular insertion .5-1 cun

ACTIONS & INDICATIONS:
