VVG associated with
Autoimmune, usually thyroid (not seen in regular LP)
Liver conditions associated with LP
Hep C, hep b vaccination, primary biliary cirrhosis
HLA-DR6
Adult LS
More papulovesicular, multiple regions, resolves more rapidly (2 mo), relapse more frequently, more spongiotic
Some call adult blaschkitis = grosshans-marot disease
ECM-1 ab found in % of lichen sclerosis pts
80%, titer correlates with disease
