Can you give an example of when you have advised your client about Sectional Completion or Partial Possession?
A
- Yes on the Hinckley project, Client wanted to award Practical Completion for political reasons with a list of snags that were not in any way de-minimis.
- Works not complete, and certainly not a snag.
- Partial possession should be taken to retain LDs and retention on uncompleted works.
- Insurance of the area would get extremely complicated.
