Godan: Drop the final -u (sound) and add -aれる
Ichidan: Drop the ～る and add ～られる
Irregular:
する => される
くる => こられる

- N1 is the recipient of the action. N2 is the agent. N2 could also be an animal or vehicle, but N1 is always a person.
