Plain form verb (pos/neg) + ように、Verb
- The second verb explains what you are doing so/in order to achieve/ not achieve what is specified in the first clause.
- Also, the meaning is closer to “in order to” but is translated “so”

- Note: ~ようになりたいです is used when you want to improve.
