The adverb denoting time of action is N as its the mafhool FIHI (adverb of place/time).

I returned from the university in the evening - رَجعْتُ مِنَ الجامِعَةِ مساءً
I go to the library every day أذهَبُ إلى المكتبَةِ كُلَّ يَومٍ
I’ll go to Taif on Thursday سأذْهَبُ إلى الطائِف يومَ الخميس
Where will you go this evening? أينَ تَذهَبُ هذا المّسَاءَ؟

Remember that we use إنَّ after قال (even if it doesn’t come immediately after the verb), but أنَّ after other verbs:
