What does flucytosine do?
Inhibit nucleic acid synthesis of fungi

Inhibit protein synthesis of fungi
What does griseofulvin do?
Disrupts microtubules and inhibits mitosis in fungi
What does echinocandin do?
Inhibits glucan synthesis to disrupt cell wall of fungi
What do nikkomycin and polyoxin do?
Inhibit chitin synthesis causing disruption of cell wall in fungi

Inhibit ergosterol synthesis to disrupt cell membrane of fungi
