Acts weird
Coats cranial nerves 
More chronic
Basal exudate that obliterates cisterns 
Rarely you see tuberculomas (collection of TB organisms with granulomas surrounding it)

A

Mononuclear cells in meninges not neutrophils
Granulomas
Obliterative endarteries (TB fills arteries)
Acid fast stains often positive
