Poor communication can breed uncertainty and confusion, increasing anxiety.
Biz need high level of trust between managers and employees
Low tolerance of change
Resist if fear they won’t be able to develop new skills required after change. May worry about losing job.
May also be loyalty to existing relationships and methods.
Different assessments of the situation
Stakeholders may disagree over the reason for change, and unable to accept the need for change.
May not see the advantages brought by the change.
