The company doesn’t have to spend lots of time and money on R&D,
Processes become more efficient all the time.
What are two negatives of only relying on kaizen for innovation?
Won’t lead to new innovative products, as workers aren’t encouraged to think of the customer.
Workers thinking about small changes to their own job rather than big changes to the whole process.
