Ischial Tuberosity
A bony projection for ligament attachment; separates greater and lesser sciatic notches

Allows passage of nerves and vessels between the pelvis and lower limb.
Lesser Sciatic Notch
A bridge-like structure that connects to the pubis and contributes to the obturator foramen.
Ischium Ramus
Large opening in the hip bone for nerves and blood vessels to pass through.
Obturator Foramen (not Orbital Foramen)
The part of the ischium and pubis forming the lower boundary of the obturator foramen.
Ischiopubic Ramus
The thick, superior part of the ischium, contributing to the acetabulum (hip socket)
