- check Hb , HCT
Iron studies
Should be repeated at 24- 28 weeks

Treatments
A
- oral or IV supplements
- transfusion for severe anemia less than 7

Complication
A
Increase risk for premature labor , neonatal anemia , low birth weight
Increase fetal neuro development
