bloods- latest renal function and Hb 
fluid challenge 
not catheterised- US of the KUB

What investigations would you do in inguinal lymphadenopathy?

FBC and blood film looking for any signs of luekemia 
HIV test 
fine needle aspiration 
cytology (lymphoma) 
microbiology (infection) 
core biopsy 

if no diagnosis then open excisional biopsy
