What is the fluid management under this guideline and what criteria does it need to meet?

A

In the setting of inadequate/extremely poor perfusion:

Sepsis is suspected + chest is clear + MICA not immediately available then:

  • Confirm MICA request
  • Normal Saline up to 20mL/kg IV over 30 minutes
