the ability to see the big picture of things
evaluates the businesses performance as a whole so everything can be operating together smoothly
What is personal mastery
ones desire to continually learn and build up skills to be better at things
focused on employees self actualisation, training and reflection to be a better workforce
gives competitive advantage if a workforce can learn better/quicker
What is mental models?
peoples values, biases and thoughts determine their attitude towards changes
if a change didn’t work in the past then they’ll think the new change won’t either
What is shared vision?
a common vision between all stake holders means that everyone is enthusiastic about the change
if there’s a shared vision everyone will be more motivated and involved in work
