Total cholesterol >7.5 mmol/L
FHx of premature coronary heart disease <60y
What is remnant hyperlipidaemia?
- Rare mixed hyperlipidaemia
- Raised cholesterol and triglyceride levels
- thought to be caused by impaired removal of intermediate density lipoprotein from the circulation by the liver
What is remnany hyperlipidemia also known as?
1) Fredrickson type III hyperlipidaemia

yellow palmar creases
