He created a gentle exercise regime and these patients were improving faster. Joe then progressed his exercises to incorporate the use of resistance via springs from old hospital beds to bear weight & load force on muscles, tendons & ligaments to improve healing.

Back to Germany where he continued to develop his exercise regime within the dance world.
