A
Excessive acetabulum coverage in the femoral head changing the shape and orientation

What are the two types of pincer impingement?
A
Global (deepened hip socket) or focal anteriorly (altered orientation of acetabulum)

A
Cross legged is painful Difficulty with shoes and socks Unable to sit and walk for long periods of time Limp Adductor symptoms Pain after sport Buttock/lower back pain
