How does Coronary heart disease occur?
A
Develops when the blood supply to the hearts muscles is blocked or interrupted by a build up of fatty substances

A
- Develops when the force of blood pushing against the walls of blood vessels constantly remains too high.
- The more blood the heart pumps and the narrower the arteries, the higher the blood pressure

- Lifestyle factors like excessive salt in diet, lack of physical activity, overweight, obesity, smoking or alcohol abuse
