1) not allow the patients sex/religion to affect how they are treated 2) not do anything that may put the patients in danger/harm in anyway 3) if a patient is considered to be a danger to themselves the clinician must break confidentiality in order to ensure the patient gets the help they need

1) speak in a soft inviting tone , 2) build trust between you and your patient
being able to ensure quality of practice
1) only act within the limits of their own knowledge and skills, asking for second opinions from others when necessary. 2) should undertake regular training each year to ensure they are up to date with all current knowledge for disorders diagnosis and treatments. 3) should follow ethical guidelines including confidentiality and using a pseudonym for the patient when taking notes to protect the identity of the patient.
