Normal description:
Vulva: normal anatomy, normal skin and mucosa, normal pubic hair.
Vagina: Normal, well-estogenized vaginal walls. No abnormal discharge.
Portio: Normal portio located anteriorly/posteriorly/left/right. Visible/ not visible transformation zone.
Ved inspeksjon av vagina og cervix ser man på?
Slimhinnen - farge
Lesjoner?
Hvite plakk forenelig med c.albicans
Blod/puss
Cyster/tumores
Overgangssonen
Ved bimanuell palpasjon, hva kjenner du etter?
Uterus:
antevertert
form
konsistens
overflate
mobilitet
Adnexae:
Ømhet
Om de er forstørret
Ruggeømhet ved to fingre rundt cervix
Bimanuall palpation: Uterus is anteverted, normal sized/not palpable above symphysis pubis, mobile with smooth surface and firm concistency. Adnexa not palpable bilaterally.
Mikrobiologiske prøver tas med pensel, hva tester man for?
Chlamydia, mycoplasma og gonokokker
Såvidt inn i portio, roter rundt. Utenfor portio og i bakre fornix og langs vaginalveggen
