What is the dress code for citizen observers?
- Shirts, hats, jackets, sweatshirts with insignia’s, pictures or writing will not be allowed.
- No shorts, skirts or dresses will be allowed.
- Must wear socks, and all shoes must be enclosed.
- All riders shall wear a Glendale Fire Department identification badge identifying them as a Citizen Observer.
