Its not that life is short, we just waste a lot. This is our biggest mistake; we think we look forward to death, most of death is already gone. Whatever time is passed is owned by dead..we die every day.

Seneca said you cannot buy time for your life but you can stop fearing. He would practice meditations and plan his death in order to stop wasting time and focus on the now, the present moment.
