Is Eysnecks theory biological or psychological?
Eysnecks theory is classified as a psychological explanation for criminal behaviour since it shifts focus from biology. However, it remains the fact that personality has a BIOLGICAL basis.

what was Eysnecks research?
Eysenck and Eysenck (1977) compared 2070 male prisoners’ scores on the EPI with 2422 male controls. Prisoners recorded higher scores than controls on measures of psychoticism, extraversion and neuroticism.
