Q

Q

what are the 3 types of shock

A

hemorragic shock - more common (not enough blood in circulation to maintain BP)

neurogenic shock - spinal cord injury interrupts the nerve supply to arteries so they dilate and BP falls

cardiogenic shock - heart failure

(concussion = more common cause of confusion than shock)
