How does a project benefit a sponsor?
It drives change that enables value for the sponsor

A project is completed in order to achieve the outcome

What do OPA’s become for a project?

What are some examples of OPAs (7 total)?
If it’s a Processes, Policies, Procedures, Artifacts/technologies/templates, knowledge
Define EEF and an example:
Enterprise Environmental Factors
Things outside the team’s control
Examples: having a vendor in a different time zone you need to connect with, or work around with timing; working with the government and needing to use their network to get your project done
Give an External EEF example:
Law and regulations, market conditions, cultural influences, pandemic, weather (example: medical field around laws/regulations)
NOTE: External EEFs are tangible (internal eefs are not)
Give an Internal EEF example:
Organizational culture, computer network & software, employee capability, geographical distribution of resources
NOTE: Internal EEFs are NOT tangible
Define DoR
Definition of Ready; everything is set and we’re ready to go. We’re ready to start executing our project. DoR is associated with agile projects.
Define DoD:
Definition of Done; how do we know we’re finished? Deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and are accepted.
