what is evaluation apprehension

A

is the percieved fear of being judged, it can either motivate you (facilitation), or over arouse you (inhibition)
the difference with evalation apprehension is that you are not only being watched, but a judgement is being made on the performance

A

if people watching are known to the player

if the audience is seen to be expert or knowledgable, such as a scout from a professional club

if the audience is critical, adding pressure

if the audience makes no comments at all, creating a sense of unease
