Adult dose:
0.2-0.6 mg/kg, over 30-60 secs. (Usually 20 mg)

Pediatric dose:
Older than 10 years: 0.2-0.4 mg/kg, over 30 to 60 secs. Max 20mg.

-10 to 20 secs

Special considerations:
Duration is 3-5 mins. Peak effects less than 1 min.
