Grasp each oxygen cylinder securely, one in each hand

Sharply snap the oxygen cylinders away from each other

PLACE BOTH HANDS INSIDE THE NECK SEAL OPENING AND STRETCH THE NECK SEAL OPEN BY SPREADING THE HANDS APART

PULL PBE OVER THE HEAD UNTIL IT FITS SECURELY AROUND THE NECK WITH VISOR FACING TOWARD THE FRONT

ENSURE THAT SHIRT COLLARS OR SCARVES DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE NECK SEAL AND THAT HAIR IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE NECK SEAL

Open shutoff valve fully turn anti-clockwise then back half a turn

Check flow of oxygen by checking the green flow indicator becomes visible in tube
