visual symptoms - spots and lines in visual field
Mx - generalised tonic clonic
1/ sodium valproate
2/ lamotrigine, carbamazepine
Mx - absence seizures
1/ sodium valproate or ethosuximide
Mx - myoclonic seizures
1/ sodium valproate
2/ lamotrigine
Mx - focal seizures
1/ carbamazepine, lamotrigine
2/levetiracetam
