What is the treatment for endometrial cancer?

A
  1. Low stage - total laparoscopic hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophrectomy
  2. High stage/deep invasion/high risk of lymphatic spread - surgery and adjuvant external beam radiotherapy
