Painful, regular, heavy menstruation. May have enlarged and tender uterus. Symptoms subside after menopause.

- Suspected on USS

What is the treatment for adenomyosis?
A
- IUS/COCP
- +/- NSAIDs to control menorrhagia and dysmenorrhoea
- Hysterectomy
