otras manif: insuf ovarica prim, tiroides, DM1, malabsorcion, hepato y pancreat, pneumo, vitiligo, nefritis, alopecia, queratitis, retinitis

TX: reemplazo Horm, antifungico, inmunosupresion,
GEN: AIRE

principales: Addison, Tiroides, DM1

asociadas: gastritis, alopecia, vitiligo, celiaco, insuf ovarica

TX: reemplazo hormonal

GEN: MHC
