What is the difference between a Level 1 Operations and Level 2 Operations at Elevator Incidents.
Level 1 Operation (Standby): Trapped in a elevator, waiting for elevator mechanic. Non-life threatening
Level 2 Operations (Rescue): Upgrade to Elevator Rescue Team to extricate patient due to:
- Medical factors
- Severe environmental factors (high temp)
- Immediate threat to life or extreme environmental factors

What is the minimum number of certified elevator rescue personnel required to respond to an elevator rescue?

*officer of the elevator rescue crew shall advise the DC when the apparatus does not have at least 3 certified personnel
