Pain - period like pain
If patient has deteriorating symptoms, is known to be pregnant, has abdominal/pelvic pain so bad it requires opiates. What should be done?

Shoulder tip pain - strange unknown reason why
What may you find on examination?
Pallor
Low BP
Peritonism - rigidity, rebound tenderness
Guarding and tenderness
How does management change if patient is stable with low bhCG than if she is unwell?
Stable - methotrexate injection
Unwell - laparoscopic salpingectomy
