What does T-wave inversion indicate on the ECG?
A
Acute coronary ischemia, pulmonary embolism, and CNS injury. T-wave inversion could also be an entirely benign condition such as normal variant T-wave inversions and the persistent juvenile T-wave inversion.

What does infarction look like on the ECG?
A
It is the development of pathologic Q waves, greater than 1 mm in width and 1/3 the height of the QRS complex.

ST-elevation on the ECG indicates?
A
Infarction.

ST-depression on the ECG indicates?
A
Ischemia.
