Characterized by disruptions and/or discontinuity in consciousness, memory, emotion, perception, motor control, etc.

persistent or recurrent depersonalization and.or derealization; prevents normal functioning causes extreme distress

Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)
At least 2 unique personalities occur within the same person and recurrent episodes amnesia
