What is MASCARPONE?
The Italian equivalent of cream cheese.
What is GELATO?
Italian ice cream made from milk, cream, various sugars and flavoring such as fresh fruit and nut purees. Gelato is defined in English as a soft ice cream containing little or no air. It is heavier and creamier than American ice cream.
What is SORBET?
A frozen dessert made from sweetened water flavored with fruit (typically juice or purée), wine, and/or liqueur.
