Engine Starting Procedure

• Press and Hold ENG START switch light until it illuminates
• Start clock
• ENGINE START on EICAS
• N2, Oil Pressure, ITT
• ITT below 120/N2 20% or higher, Bring Thrust lever to IDLE!
• Observe: Fuel Flow, AUTO IGNIT advisory, Light Off (ITT Increasing)
• 50% N2, START switch light and AUTO IGNIT Advisory extinguish (around 30 seconds on clock)
• Engine Stable: N1 stable not below 20%, N2 55-65%, Oil Pressure in the green (around 45 seconds on clock)
