Entire message is understood and terms and conditions of the entire uplink message including any ATC clearance or instructions are fully accepted
If Datalink fails what should the crew do?
Select ATC COMM OFF and continue with voice
SATCOM DATA must be operative to ensure effective datalink capability for CPDLC function for oceanic and remote area operations?
