A
- On every survey that I attend with my colleague.
- I take down the relevant details. Analyse the comparables. Provide the report to my colleague who checks it and signs it off.

How did you negotiate the Maidstone Development?
A
- I had a site meeting with the owner to see the site in person with my client.
- I then liaised with my client regarding the relevant details of overall size and number of units.
- My client run the numbers internally and came back with the maximum price that they could pay based on the overall scheme including the hefty price on the groundworks that were involved.
- I relayed the price to the Agent, but unfortunately the vendors price was drastically over inflated.
