Major depressive disorder, anxiety, migraines, neuropathic pain (MS)(nerve damage)

TA MOA
A
Block serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake from synaptic cleft to presynaptic neuron= increased conc and prolonged action of neurotransmitters. Differ from SSRI as TA non-selective (also work on histamine, acetylcholine…)

A
Blood pressure fluctuations, blurred vision, urine retention

serious liver disease, arrhythmias, heart block, bipolar
